Joey Hutchins, MBA
Founder, President & CEO
Joey founded RDTS in September 2007 and set the operational and financial policies that grew it into one of the region’s fastest-growing SDVOSBs. He runs daily operations and oversees business application and middleware programs across design, development and test. He served as a Senior Ordnance, Small Arms and Communications Manager in the Marine Corps, and has managed multi-million dollar technology and business programs in both sectors.
Paula Sakun
Executive Vice President, Operations
Paula has supported RDTS in one capacity or another since inception, with over twenty years in federal financial management and program operations. She owns the operational systems, processes and policies behind service delivery, and sets the contract policy that keeps corporate performance consistent across programs. Her depth runs through strategic growth, human resources, security, supply chain and multifunctional logistics integration.
