Technical Writer
Job Description:

The Technical Writer will create documents based on research, write, develop/design, and revise end user documentation. The content is delivered in a variety of ways including online help and PDF manuals. The Technical Writer will be required to manage multiple projects across multiple releases of the product on tight schedules while adhering to strict documentation standards and practices

Required Skills:

  • Four (4) years combined experience in editing and writing skills
  • Two (2) years’ experience with layout, development and production of technical documentation, and familiarity with documentation standards
  • At least eight (4) years of experience in graphic presentation programs

Degree: Bachelors preferred

Clearance: Position requires ability to obtain security clearance

Program Analyst
Job Description:

The Program Analyst will monitor program funding and expenditures, and perform day-to-day management of assigned contract projects in the logistics area. Will organize, direct, and supervise other contract project personnel in the execution of contract activities.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in government contract/program oversight of budgets/expenditures, and preparation of program documents
    Familiarity with federal government programs

Administrative Specialist
Job Description:

The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support such as technical writing, proofreading, and technical editing of documents; integration of various sources into a cohesive product, and preparation of graphical and narrative presentation material. Assist in the preparation of management plans and reports. Coordinate schedules to facilitate completion of proposals, contract deliverables, task order review, and briefings/presentations. Perform analysis, development and review of program or functional areas, as required. 

Required Skills:

  • Five years of experience in general office, clerical and administrative support work
  • Strong familiarity with MS Office, email, and other standard desktop applications
  • Must be customer service focused

IV&V Subject Matter Expert

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have extensive (at least 5 years or more) independent verification and validation (IV&V) experience with custom software development projects, KRONOS Time and Labor system and enterprise level financial systems

Extensive experience in a quality assurance role on similar projects will also be considered.  Strong working knowledge of IEEE standards for IV&V and software engineering and quality assurance and the systems development lifecycle are a must 

Strong working knowledge of custom software development best practices for web-based applications, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Java EE, J2EE, Service-Oriented Modeling and Architecture (SOMA) and Service Component Architecture (SCA

Must be experience and knowledgeable of software testing (system, performance and acceptance testing), requirements and use case management, issue and resolution tracking, configuration management and system deployment, risk management, performance measurement, earned value management and work breakdown structure (WBS) tracking

Knowledge of experience with federal financial systems, specifically KRONOS Time and Labor system is highly desirable. 

Proficiency with Rational Software Requisite Pro, Clear Quest, Quality Manager and Clear Case is required of the successful candidate  

Must have excellent client-relations and communications skills within the immediate project team and at a senior management level

Defense Civilian Pay System (DCPS) and Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) experience necessary

Required Skills:  

  • Strong team leadership and management skills
  • Understanding of 508 compliance
  • Client Facing – Ability to comfortably and confidently interact with members of a broad team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; keeps commitments
